Nancy is an experienced director, having directed stage productions of West Side Story, Cabaret, and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. She serves as the Artistic Director for Miami Acting Company and is currently writing an original stage adaptation of the works of Edgar Allan Poe, which she plans to direct in 2025. Nancy's extensive background as a performer allows her to have a unique perspective as a director. Her directorial approach is extremely collaborative and she fosters a fun, creative, and supportive environment on every production.

Nancy has choreographed for over 250 projects including full stage musicals, dance competition pieces, performance workshops, live events, dance classes, awards ceremonies, weddings, quinceñeras, and many more. She offers a Broadway choreography class and an ICONIC pop choreography class at The Royal Peacock Studio in Oakland Park, FL where she teaches participants original Broadway choreography as well iconic pop choreography.
